Last week I went to a concert at the Court Church of All Saints. This church is a top secret in Munich. The all Saints Court Church was built in 1826-1837 for King Ludwig I by his court architect Leo von Klenze. The interior of the church was originally decorated with colourful frescoes, the work of the artist Heinrich Maria von Hess. In the second world war the Church was badly damaged. The first measures to safeguard the building were carried out in 1970 from plans by Hans Döllgast; in 2003 the Court Church was reopened as a venue for cultural events.
Once a year I have the opportunity to see this marvelous building and since the „church“ is opened for cultural events only I will now invite to you have a glance at this wonderful building.
The concert was wonderful and I hope I can come back next year
